![]() The 2022 Odyssey starts above $33,000 in base LX trim, then climbs the ladder in features and cost in EX, EX-L, Touring, and top Elite trim at just under $50,000, including destination. ![]() ![]() How much does the 2022 Honda Odyssey cost? Rest assured, however, that even the skimpy base LX comes with top crash-test ratings and excellent safety features that include automatic emergency braking, active lane control, and adaptive cruise control. The Odyssey rides as quiet as a nap, and even though the 10-speed can be busy it’s unnoticeable until the driver demands enough power to wake the napper in back. The 3.5-liter V-6 powering the Odyssey is plenty capable, but it only comes with front-wheel drive and a 10-speed automatic transmission as its most fuel-efficient component. The Odyssey also features flexible seating arrangements for up to eight, and a removable second row of seats that opens up more cargo space than most three-row SUVs. ![]() The allure of the minivan lies inside, and Honda optimizes the space of the Odyssey even better than its other cars, with smart storage spaces in the doors, seat backs, consoles, side panels, and under the floor. Honda flushed out the front fascia of the Odyssey last year, and the standard LED headlights and stacked lower fog lights frame the wider grille in a more modern style. The popular HondaVac standard on Elite trim is not offered for 2022. Honda bumped production of the 2022 Odyssey up after only five months of selling the refreshed 2021 Odyssey due to supply issues caused by the pandemic. Why? Can you make then lower? just some thoughts from a customer who would like to stick with Honda, rather than searching for another brand of car.The Honda Odyssey excels at comfort and safety, earning top marks in both categories, but the lone V-6 offering and tiny screen on the base model limit its ceiling. I wanted to purchase CRV w/ all wheel drive, now that Mom passed at 93 years old, so I could feel safe driving with all wheel drive, however that hump (Well) to enter and exit is not comfortable, I have 3 Knee replacements and a 4th coming, its not so easy to enter or exit due to that hump and well in the flooring, and those vehicles are higher than the Odyssey. I love the feature that the floor is an easy exit without having to lift your knees in order to clear the hump thats featured in all the other Honda products. appts etc.I bought this Odyssey for transporting my elderly Mom, with disabilities and containing her wheel chair and walkers. I thought this was a feature this vehicle had for me to travel with my Mom in the back seat, to go to Dr. then slide back in when not needed so their legs can exceed the metal baseboard when exiting. one more suggestion, I am a boomer, Had My Mother at 80 and plus who had a hard time getting in back Center passenger seat because of the rise in the curvature of the seats flatter edges would have been better, also a suggestion, it would be great to have the seats slide out 4-5 inches for an elderly's dismounting the seat to exit. Seatbelt buckles in back hard for application of the seat belt when securing and child safety seatbelt is hard to re-seat in its original position. Takes a while to defog the interior windows, I am most disappointed in the way the back up camera in the rear gets so wet, I have to get out and wipe off. I do not like the center console, approach, it would be better to have side hinges so driver doesnt have to lift from front as well as passenger. Love all my features, wished I'd had a heated steering wheel and cooled leather seats though.
